Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I park?
The JWPAC has two parking lots. There is a General Parking lot to the East of the building. Accessible Parking can be found to the North of the building.
Parking is not permitted in the roundabout area.
What time should I arrive?
For productions sponsored by the JWPAC and events through Ardmore City Schools, lobby doors open an hour prior to performance time and house doors open 30 minutes prior to performance time. Because of the design of our theatre, arriving late means that you may have to pass in front of many other patrons to get to your seat. We encourage all of our guests to be on time.
Do you offer accessible seating?
Yes. It is our goal to provide accessible and inclusive access to the performing arts. Please take a look at our accessibility page for more information about the amenities we offer.
Do you have an elevator?
Yes. Our elevator is located to the left of the concession stand near the stairs.
Do you offer refreshments?
For select events, concessions will be sold prior to the show as well as during intermission. Food and drink are not allowed in the theater, so all refreshments need to be enjoyed in the lobby. Water fountains are located near the restrooms for your convenience.
Where are your restrooms located?
Our restrooms are to the right of the M. Kim Holland Theatre, through the glass double doors. We provide a men's and women's community style restroom and also a single family restroom that contains a changing table.
Can I rent out the JWPAC?
